It's India. You can say the KING OF UNEMPLOYMENT. The competition is increasing day by day but you know there is always a way and the way is developing your skills. Skills will help you to meet a better version of yourself. It would improve you, make you more visor, more productive and more efficient.
1. Plan Your Day
Plan your day with a planner. I know you would be thinking that it's waste of money and time. All I want to say for this is give it a try write down all the things that you would do in a day and obey it. You would feel more productive your day would go without confusion about what to do next. You just have to open your planner to see what's next and you are done.
2. Read
I know there are many who hate reading but there are not only novels or stories to read there are more options like you can read Magazines that gain your interest, read Articles or even Newspapers reading blogs that you are doing right now is also really helpful, reading Self Help books is the best. So now talking about why reading is so popular when it comes to skills. Reading has it's own benefits like reading improves concentration, Emotional Intelligence, you would not believe that reading gives you self discipline, reading introduces you to new ideas, it improves your conversational skills too there are countless benefits of reading.
3. Sleeping patterns
Yes you heard right sleeping patterns. By saying sleeping pattern I do not mean that sleep as early as you can and wake up as early as you could. A big NO to this thought. There are two different types of people in this world First are night owls and Second are Early Bird. So for both there is only one sleeping pattern. It's to get enough sleep of 8-9 hours. Some people can concentrate at night and some can concentrate in morning. So it does not matter when you are sleeping. How many hours you sleep matters.
4. Time management
You should know how to manage your time.You just need to stick to a routine its that simple.Let's be aware of some more things that would be great to manage our time.
First I had already told you is to plan your day in a planner and stick to it.
Second is making a To-Do list in which you can what is needed to be done today itself. FOR EXAMPLE I have to clean my wardrobe or I have to finish my XYZ project today itself.
Third is to add reminders on your phone. What I mean by this is to label your alarm. FOR EXAMPLE set an alarm by adding title or label as Make Snacks OR Go For A Bath.
5. 1..2..3..Action
It's time to take action. Think what immediate action you can take to start working what you had dreamed of what you have planned of. Taking actions give you immediate results from which you can learn.
