2020 was a disaster for all of us. Many of us lost our near and dear ones and many of us lost our hopes for accomplishing our dreams. 2021 has come as a hope for all of us. So let's act wisely this year by making worth it resolutions. Let's be a new you this new year.
1. Quit smoking
I know once addicted it's hard to get out of it. Many people had tried of getting rid of this but they were never able to. Now coming to how to get out of this serious threat?
First and the most important thing is that if you yourself don't want to get out of this serious threat and just doing for the sake of your near and dear ones then you would not be able to quit.
2. Read more
Read more books, magazines, newspapers, blogs. If you like to watch the news try reading it. In my past blogs too I had mentioned a lot about reading.
3. Start with a glass of warm water
Start with a glass of warm water. It is up to you if you want to add something to it like lemon or honey.
4. Take Stairs
Make a habit to use stairs all the time.
5. Invest in your time in skin care routine.
6. Write diaries, journal.
7. Plan your day.
8. Do one thing at a time.
9. Get enough sleep for 8-9 hours.
10. Drink less alcohol.
As smoking is a serious threat same is with alcohol.
11. Make yoga a habit
12. Start listening podcasts.
13. Start saving emergency fund.
14. Develop a hobby/hobbies.
15. Be Organized.
