5 effective tips to be on a healthy diet

Not having a healthy diet is a threat to our body.We all know that what our body needs Vitamins, Proteins, Fibers and much  more... I have loads to say about this as I was once fed up with my diet that was full of junk and fried food. 

But the problem here is that in-spite of knowing what our body needs, still we continue eating food that is not needed by our body. Here am not saying that oil is not needed by body it is needed but in a amount that is good for us. 

So what's good for our body, what's not, tips that will help you to be on a good diet and what would divert you from being on a healthy diet.

All these things are mentioned below



1. Stay Hydrated 

First and the most important thing is to stay hydrated. Your body needs water to function properly. Staying hydrated is a important aspect for the betterment of your health and especially when you are on a diet. If I go into the depth then staying hydrated is useful digestion and elimination, it helps to create saliva, regulates body temperature, prevent constipation and the most important thing that many of us are unaware of is weight loss.

2. Amount of consumption 

Amount really matters for a healthy diet. We all need oil but in a good amount. Let's take an example 

You are on a diet on the purpose to lose weight. Now when we are following a diet plan, there is always a day in week or a month known as Cheat Day. On that day you take a break from your diet plan and you can eat anything and everything you want but in a good amount. Its not like that, that you can eat in any amount. 

So basically what I want to you all to understand by this example was that amount really matters.


3. Balance your need and desire

Your need is to be on a healthy diet, to be healthy, to be fit, to lose weight  and your desire is to consume the food or do that things which makes you far away from your need. So balance your need and desire. Its not like that if you want to fulfill your need, you have to leave or forget your desire or visa versa its really not like that. If you think this you are in a misconception. 

Let's take n example for this a diet plan is to accomplish your need but in that diet plan there is always a Cheat Day that is for accomplish your desire.

So basically here also the amount of consumption plays a lead role.



4. Food 

We had talked about staying hydrated,amount of consumption, balancing your need and desire. Now comes that what type of food your consuming and in what amount. Take your protein and fiber in a good amount but don't avoid the other nutrients they all our important as we are talking about a healthy diet so you need to be more focused towards your protein and fiber intake and be beware to not avoid other nutrients.



5. Sleep on time

Now you all would be thinking that sleeping pattern does not matter.  Sleeping pattern has a indirect way of effecting your diet. Now if you would not be sleeping on time then you would have tendency of midnight snacking.
