5 Tips on How to Become a Morning Person: A blog about becoming a morning person.

Anyone can wake up early but it only benefits us if we do it in a flow. You know no one can be fit in a day. So make a tendency to wake up early each and every day. Okay, wait let's make it a bit easy by following your morning routine only in weekdays. 



So, first you have to understand that how can you wake up early for now having a flow to wake up early is a far away talk.

1. Observe and act wisely 

By this I mean to first observe you pattern of sleep. To understand that how much sleep you are having each and every day, when you are sleeping and when you are up and considering that, plan your morning schedule. See it is next to impossible, that if you wake up at 11:00 am normally and now you are planning  to wake up at 6:00 am. It would make you fall ill in just few days. So, do not be harsh to your self if you for example wake up at 11:00 am then try to wake up at 9:00 am then after a week try to wake up at 7:00 am and then at 5:00 am. 



2. Workout 

Now, we all feel sleepy but what if I guarantee you that from now you will not you just have to follow my advice and that is to get in a morning workout routine. You would be like it is not our cup of tea. I have a solution for this also get yourself a gym outfit and after wearing you would have very low tendency to avoid doing exercise. 



3. Alarm 

Its is really very difficult to ignore the snooze option and if we don't then our boss would definitely not ignore you. What you can do is set your alarm 30 mins before and as allows you would snooze it but when it will again rig at the time you have to wake up you would notice that you are up without much difficulty.



4. Welcome the light 

Welcome the natural light in. If there is no source of natural light in your room then go in balcony or somewhere where there is accesses to natural light.



5. Task 

Schedule a important task that you have to do by waking up early this would motivate you as you would have a reason to wake up early and you would not get demotivated by thinking that you are waking up for no use, for no purpose.
