Maintaining personal hygiene is really important to stay away from illness, diseases. No matter you are at workplace or at home. There are several ways to maintain hygiene
1. Bath
That's the most important thing to maintain you day to day hygiene. To wash away the dead skin cells, dirt and all you should take bath daily
2. Wash your hair
This is not only for women, men also need to wash there hair frequently to maintain there personal hygiene. Not washing your hair gives it a disgusting smell and you know know one wants it. Wash your hair every second or third day. Now a thing which you need to take care of is, you are washing your hair frequently so don't apply too much of shampoo as it would try out your hair.
3. Trim your nails
Trimming nails of your hands and feet are really important as big nails would welcome the germs does not matter if you cant see dirt collecting in your nails or not.
4. Wear fresh clothes
Wear fresh clothes as often as possible basically don't repeat your clothes. Repeating clothes several times without washing it can cause skin disorders.
5. Clean ears
We all often forget to take care of our ears we think that who cares no one is watching in our ears. Here I would say that `hygiene is fir our care. We maintain hygiene for our betterment not for others.
7. Brush
Now that is a basic etiquette that everyone knows but the problem is all of them do not follow it and avoid it. As mentioned above no one wants to smell bad and for that you have to make brushing twice a day a habit.
8. Clean your bed
Now, you all would be thinking that how it effects our hygiene. Think you come from out and lay on the bed, germs our welcomed you sweat while sleeping or while doing something else, germs our welcomed many of us eat food on the bed am not saying food has germs but the germs that was collected will be now present in your food then in your body and now illness would be welcomed so better change your bed sheet everyday or every second day.
