All about anxiety| Symptoms, causes, effects, types of anxiety and how to overcome from anxiety

In today's time anxiety, stress, depression are the most known for all of us but unfortunately we all are not aware that how to manage it. We all know the word anxiety but are not aware of its causes, effects, types, symptoms, and how to manage it. 
Anxiety is normal in every person's  and it's a healthy emotion too but if you experience anxiety daily then it might become a mental disorder. 
Now there are many confusions among people that what are the symptoms of anxiety how to identify that you are suffering from anxiety disorder or not. 
So there are many symptoms of anxiety like nervousness, restlessness, feeling tense, panic, rapid heart rate, weakness, trembling, insomnia, fearing and much more...
You all should be aware that anxiety disorder can happen at any part of life. Women are most likely have anxiety disorder than men, says (NIHM). 



There are 6 major type of anxiety 

1. Separation Anxiety Disorder

So starting with what is Separation Anxiety Disorder 
We all are of different age some are teens, some, some are are adults by keeping that in mind.
 For teens separation anxiety disorder is caused due to the fear of being independent or staying away from parents or someone else.  
For Adults separation anxiety disorder is on extreme level mostly adults are afraid of separation of someone or something, changes in surroundings, fear of getting a loved once hurt emotionally or physically it depends, lost of loved ones 

Now talking about what are the changes that can be seen in a particular person when he or she suffers from anxiety disorder.
In teens, they feel fearful and reluctant to be alone, suffer from frequent headaches and stomach, start taking unnecessary tension.
In adults, they have panic attacks, socially withdrawn, extreme sadness, difficulty in concentrating.

2. Specific Phobia 

 This anxiety is caused by irrational phobias.
This anxiety makes a person face fear after a situation or fear to face a situation
Phobia is a fear for a situation but it becomes anxiety when the specific phobia make you worry excessively, it makes you worry in your day to day life.



3. Social anxiety disorder 

This anxiety is of social fear or we can say social phobia. 
Now how to identify that you have social anxiety disorder or not? 
If you are suffering with social anxiety disorder than you would extreme fear in social settings like trouble in meeting new people, trouble getting settled on social gatherings, 
This anxiety may be developed because of unpleasant or embarrassing social situation.

4.  Panic disorder 

 If you have sudden feeling of terror, losing control, fast heartbeat, panic attacks and frequently than you could be suffering from panic disorder. 
Panic disorder can be caused due to a stressful life such as death or serious illness of loved one, it can also be caused due to sexual assault, serious accident. 

5. Agoraphobia 
Agoraphobia  has a connected relation with panic disorder in panic disorder as I had told person faces panic attacks when these panic attacks occur often then it can also cause agoraphobia it is basically a anxiety in which a person feels there environment to be unsafe. Its a serious anxiety and for many people its a lifetime condition. 
Talking about its symptoms. 
Fear of public transportation. 
Fear of leaving home. 
Fear of enclosed spaces or buildings.

6. Generalized anxiety 

Worrying too much about too many things at a time may cause generalized anxiety.
How to know if a person is suffering from generalized anxiety 
If a person would be suffering from generalized anxiety then he or she would be overly concerned about money, family work, health or other issues.

Anxiety has many symptoms one of the most common is excessive and intrusive worrying that disrupts daily function. 
Now comes how to cope with anxiety?

 1. Take a break 
 2. Sleep for 8-9 hours
 3. Talk to someone 
 4. Accept  yourself  the way you are 
 5.  Accept that you cannot control everyone 
 6. Meditate 
 If you think meditation is difficult its not. Start your meditation journey by taking small steps. It's not like that meditation means sitting at a pace for hours. 
Start by sitting in a posture that you find comfortable. Always your back should be straight no matter in what posture you are sitting. 
Now, when you are done siting in a comfortable posture with your back straight after this close your eyes and take deep breaths.
In starting do it for 2-5 minutes than you can increase time considering your comfort. 

7.  Get balanced meals 
Not saying to avoid street food and eat leaf. By balancing you meal I mean to balance your street food intake and your homemade food intake. 

8. Smile/laugh 

Now you would be thinking that '' I don't have any reason to laugh ''.That's fine you have no reason laugh without reason  then I know I am sounding silly but its really worth it. 
We laugh on something funny or any cheap thing but you know our brain don't consider that joke or cheap things on which you laugh. It considers the laugh the smile and by which hormones are released which makes your mood better sometimes you'll feel it and sometimes not.
