Effects I noticed after drinking a Gallon of water | Myths of water

 So this blog is all about my experience of drinking a gallon of water[4 liters] every day for a week. For me it was really very difficult as I don't drink much water its like I can spent a day without a glass of water. So, drinking a gallon of water made many differences.

I got the inspiration from a YouTube video and I decided to try on myself and surprisingly I noticed many changes.



So starting with the first difference that I noticed was Glow
Surprisingly I noticed that my skin was glowing and that was not expected though it was mentioned all over the internet that drinking a gallon of water will make your skin glow bla bla bla ....

                                                Second is preventing overeating 

Well, am that person that loves to overeat and then suffer from crams and all...

Water was making me full so I was consuming the half of my food intake and overeating was far away. 

                                                       Third is Weight loss 

I  would not say that I loose too much weight but yes I lost a little weight in a week that was around 1-1.5 kg but if I continue drinking a gallon of water for suppose three months than I would loose around 16 kg and that's FAB.

                                                   Fourth is Lighten dark circles 

This was a shocking difference that I noticed and was not expecting. I sleep late as I focus more in night than in morning or evening. So I study or write blogs mostly at night only. I was fed up with my dark circles drinking a gallon of water lightened my dark circles only in week and that was FAB. 

                                                         Fifth is Prevent Headaches 

I have headaches very often and by drinking a gallon I was delighted by the response I got.

These were the differences that I noticed.






There are many Myths about drinking a gallon of water and i would try to clear most of it.

1. Lot of people think that drinking a gallon of water is dangerous for our health. So this is not same for every individual. Now how to know that how much amount of water one should take. 

There are various factor to judge you water intake 

1. If you are hydrated or you can say if you are consuming good amount of water than you urine would be colorless or light yellow.

2. If you are hydrated you would not feel swallow tongue.

3. If you are hydrated than your lips would not dry often.

2. During or after exercise a person gets dehydrated as we sweat. Its a myth. Think urine and sweat are the two factors that clears toxins from our body then why would it be a reason for dehydration. 

3. Third myth is that you have to drink at-least 8 glass of water every day. A big NO though its very dangerous for the people who's heart or kidney is compromised, drinking too much water for these people can lad to Heart failure, pulmonary edema, or water intoxication.
