Pros and Cons of Napping: You should be aware of it



Well, we all need breaks. Breaks from our normal hectic routine. Some go for a short walk, some take a nap but were you aware that having naps do have it's own pros and cons. Am sure you were not aware of it. So, let's discuss discuss in detail. 

See, anything you do in excess always leads to a bad result. Same is the case with napping. There is no issue in taking nap but in a limit.

CONS OF NAPPING 

Disadvantages of napping matters that how much time you are napping 

Naps of 20 mins or less 

It is said by National Sleep Agency that 20 mins nap is the best and perfect length for a effective nap without having any disadvantages. 

Naps between 20-50 mins 

It increasing the risk of nigh time sleep issues. 

Naps between 50-90 mins 

Naps between 50-90 mins are the worse. It has many disadvantages like sleep inertia, nighttime sleep problems, insomnia,  daytime fatigue, likely to develop diabetes, low quality of sleep...
